2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Products are manufactured and shipped through third-party production partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Products are made to order

  • Minor variations in color or placement may occur

  • Production and shipping times may vary

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once items are shipped

 

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Limit quantities

Payment must be completed at checkout through secure payment providers.

 

4. Returns & Refunds (Print-on-Demand Policy)

Because items are made to order, returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors

  • Damaged goods upon delivery

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XX Copyright shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products.

 

6. Governing Law

For U.S. customers, these Terms are governed by applicable United States law.
For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence apply.​

The individual letters “X” or “XX” are not copyrighted. However, the combined brand name “XX Copyright,” including its stylized presentation, graphic design, and branded configuration, constitutes protected intellectual property.

 

All designs printed through on-demand printing companies or any third-party production partner remain the intellectual property of XX Copyright. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of design rights.

 

No part of this website or its products may be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.​
